Repeated failure to attend appointments may result in future bookings being declined.

Deposits

Deposits are:

  • Deducted from the final bill.

  • Refundable if sufficient notice of cancellation is given.

  • Non-refundable where insufficient notice is provided or the appointment is missed.

Colour Services

Clients booking colour services may be required to undergo a skin sensitivity (patch) test before treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment where:

  • A required patch test has not been completed.

  • The results indicate treatment may not be safe.

  • We believe proceeding could damage your hair or affect your health.

Prices

Prices displayed on the website are provided as a guide and may change without prior notice.

The final price may vary depending on:

  • Hair length

  • Hair thickness

  • Time required

  • Products used

  • Additional services requested

We will always discuss any significant changes before carrying out the service.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers:

  • Are non-refundable.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Must be presented when redeemed if applicable.

  • May have an expiry date where stated.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot always be replaced.

Retail Products

We stock professional haircare products.

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are unaffected.

Opened products cannot normally be returned unless faulty.

Please inform your stylist before your appointment if you have:
