Toppers is the brainchild of Co-Founders Lisa Cooper and Mitchell Gordon. They opened their hairdressing salon in 1991 with a view to transforming quality hair care in Ely. “We wanted to build an outstanding boutique where indulgence, creativity and personal service combine to create a unique and harmonious experience. At Toppers we aim to help clients to build their self-confidence, accentuate their beauty and enjoy life to the full.”
