Toppers Hair Design is a well-established and friendly salon based in Ely, and we are looking for a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our growing team.

About the Role
We are seeking a qualified stylist who is confident in all aspects of hairdressing, including cutting, colouring, and styling. You will be working in a supportive salon environment with an existing client base, while also having the opportunity to build your own.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality hairdressing services to clients.

  • Provide professional consultations and advice.

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Contribute positively to the team and salon atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Relevant hairdressing qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred).

  • Proven experience in a salon environment.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • A positive, reliable, and professional attitude.
